What can I say. It was confederate memorial day yesterday (eh? yes, we're in SC) so I didn't get to post a blog entry. Yes, that's a really bad excuse, but I promise you that agencies were actually closed for that holiday yesterday! I'm not sure why there's a confederate memorial day, and then another memorial day for everyone else?! Confederates get their own day I guess?? Like I said, we're in SC. 
There aren't a lot of smiles in these pics, but I thought you'd get a kick out of seeing Lydia pulling faces for the camera. She has been smiling more and more lately, but I promise you that there are many times when she is just not in the mood! She gives me this, 'What are you doing sticking that camera in my face again?' look. 
Lydia had her 6 month shots last week. She actually did quite well and only cried a little - I thought I would have a wailing little monster on my hands, but luckily she didn't seem to be very affected by any of it. She is weighing in at 13lbs 10oz, 23 inches long. So she is doing well :) Well, this is a bit short but I'll make up for it soon, promise!

Are you kidding about the holiday and your office being closed?! WOW. I think I've heard it all!
I think Lydia was giving you one of those get the camera out of my face looks on that last shot. Too cute.
I saw my 2 year old nephew this weekend for his birthday. They grow up so fast! Seems like he was crawling and ooing and awing and now he's running, playing and "talking". Too darn cute.
